615 Consulting works with organizations both large and small. Past clients have ranged in size from conceptual start-up phase to large, publicly traded companies. Most clients operate in the healthcare space, but others have been in the consumer/retail channel, transportation and manufacturing, and international markets.
615 Consulting was created with an eye toward creating solutions for complex business problems and a focus on challenges that exist in the current healthcare market. The formal organization was launched in 2017 by Chris Wright, a healthcare executive based in Nashville, Tennessee.
Chris is a creative and analytical operations-management individual with capabilities across the healthcare spectrum. He has 25+ years experience and an extensive background in start-up organizations, new business development, managed care operations, physician practice management, technology solutions, management consulting, and financial/M&A activities. He also has significant capabilities in risk and value-based reimbursement programs, from idea generation to framework design and model creation, all the way to contract execution.
